Verizon has a deal with Starz:

This deal will include the right for Verizon to offer to all areas that have FIOS service both the east and west coast feeds of all their channels including their HDTV channels. The deal also gives Starz customers access to Starz On Demand free of charge which includes select Starz HD movies On Demand.
