Oh it's fun. I don't slaughter due to being a giant pansy... But my gf does. Maybe I will this batch... But gutting and cooking our beloved chickens is no problem. I mainly want the eggs, and she uses them as stress relief and anxiety relief. The kids enjoy them and I feel it's important for them to have an appreciation for where their lifewells comes from, as they are already demonstrating their entitlement, and I will not put up with that crap. Urban farming is always fun.
