A Federal grand jury which indicts has a 96% conviction rate. Have you read or heard any of the indictment? It has been going on at least 2001.

Dogs Killed
In the summer of 2002, Vick and the others performed testing sessions on the dogs at the Smithfield property, and Peace, Phillips or Taylor sometimes killed those that didn't perform well.
The most graphic misconduct allegedly occurred not long before the first search of the property. According to paragraph 83 of the indictment, Vick, Peace, and Phillips executed in April 2007 approximately eight dogs that did not perform well in "testing" sessions, by "hanging, drowning, and slamming at least one dog's body to the ground."
Further, after one fight they wet the dog down and electrocuted it till it died.
And further yet they found over 50 dog carcasses on the property.
he is innocent according to the judicial system as the jury has not yet rendered "guilty" but don't defend the scum bag Salsa.
What country do YOU live in?? AND I AM NOT defending him at all....defending our JUDICIAL SYSTEM, it may not be perfect, but it's the best we got and more than likely, the best there is!! And IF this guy is found guilty, ban his ass from the NFL....period!! But let's let the judical system play itself out. Do I think he is guilty...?? YEP. 
Yep, but as the days and weeks passed the Duke case seemed to vanish as evidence fell-apart or failed to materialize. Quite the opposite is happening in this case. To be honest, the prosecutors are going after Vick; he will bring them the most notoriety. I also get the feeling his homies are going to be barking up a storm in exchange for immunity.
