VIP222 Issues

Hello all.

For the last few weeks I have been having some issues with my VIP222. It is set up in dual mode feeding 2 TVs, one HD and one SD.
Those are:

• When TV1 is first turned on the remote doesn't work for the first 2 or so minutes. The remote batteries were replaced with brand new batteries but it made no difference.
• When TV1 is first turned on the information display for the present channel pops up on screen without hitting any buttons. When the remote finally works and you hit clear it goes away, then comes back. This last for the first 5 minutes or so until you change the channel, then change back. It happens on HD or SD channels.
• When TV2 is first turned on the channel automatically changes to ch. 101 after a few minutes.

I did do a reboot to the box a few times but it didn't help any of these problems.

Anyone having these issues or know of a solution?

What software version do you have?

I am not sure what software version I have.

I'll check when I get home from work.
