West Cost HD Feeds?

Since West Coast HD feeds are moving to Channels 391, 393, 397, and 399, Anybody know how long Channels 81, 83, 87, and 89 will continue to be broadcast?

I added a receiver to my account last week and they took it upon themselves to wipe out 85, 87, & 89. I called that evening and had them re-activated (grandfathered waivers).

Will they automatically activate the 390s for me? Are those channels active in HD now? I'll look into it this evening.
