What happened to BBCA HD???

When the channel was launched in July, all discussions here seemed like it was just a matter of Dish flipping a switch to add the channel, now 2 months later and it still hasn't been added. Anyone know what the delay is?

Waiting on Nimiq 5 to get into place, around mid october

Its not on uverse either, and uverse usally picks up channels like this.

I don't buy the Nimiq 5 excuse. They had announced other HD channels too. Dish should certainly know how much space it has before they announce channels.
