What happened to HGTV in HD

Has anybody heard when HGTV will be launched in HD? Also any news on other HD programming?

The date I heard for launch was April 10. Will Dish Network carry it on the launch date ? Who knows ?

There's no Delay. Dish said they would be adding HGTV when they launch it, which would happen in Q2, the April 10 date fits that bill perfectly.

HGTV comes first on April 10. Food Network will not debut in HD for several months after HGTV.

The actual channel name is Home and Garden TV. And it is in Americas Top 60, HD bronze, Dish Family, and Dish Latino Dos.

Bottom line, don't believe everything the website says. There are several errors on each of the HD pack pages and those comparison charts. If I wanted to take the time I'd point them all out, but I don't want to do that.
