What is True South Satellite in Austin TX

I guess I can't get HD use my current equipment.

Is there any kid channel, I mean disney or so channel fta?

There are a few PBS channels on the AMC-3 satellite, most use AC3 audio

Montana PBS is not AC3...the other PBS ones there are
