Went to an Irish pub downtown. This sandwich is called, "The Bookmaker." Slow roasted eye of round beef, melted Irish white cheddar, sautéed mushrooms and onions. On a hoagie roll with a side of Au Jus. And naturally I had to have one of their properly poured pints of Guinness.
