H.264 according to the specs.Does this receiver do H.265 or just H.264?
Thank you, Norman. Thanks!!!I bought my HDVR-3500 from Hypermegasat too. I will send it to you today via the UPS store.
I took a photo of the HDVR-3500 before I shipped it.Thank you, Norman. Thanks!!!
Today is my 55th birthday, also!!! : - )))
Thanks!!
The receiver is on the way. Please update me when you get it? You are quite welcome.
Looks like a piano fell on it. No wonder it's dead.Norman,
Here's my ALMOST DEAD HDVR-3500 receiver looks like without a RED light for DVR. DEAD RED Light that you won't see in the picture.
This is my current and almost dead
HDVR-3500 receiver looks like before I receive your HDVR-3500 receiver.
Take a look...View photo attachment.
Look at photo #004. Inside the
HDVR-3500 receiver, NO RED light
under the left side, inside the receiver.
NO RED light for DVR function.
It won't playback recorded videos.
And it won't allow me to record.
DEAD!!!
However, you can unplug and plug-in
the receiver which then you'll see
the RED light inside for DVR, but
that won't LAST for 5 minute.
And it keep flashing with mixed
message on screen.
Like this....
-- USB is connected
-- USB is disconnected
-- Unknown file
-- USB Uploaded files
-- USB download files
This shows while the RED light was
flashing, and shows the above
message one after another.
Even though I haven't insert the USB
flash drive on the back!!!!
It's the memory issue that's getting
worse.
Okay, hope you like my photos that
shows what I have NOW currently,
for 5 or 6 years gone by.
I always have it on 24 / 7.
Thanks, Norman!!
Thanks for the news Eugene. The UPS guy told me the 17th. I'm glad that it got there earlier. Enjoy!Hey Norman,
Just to let you know your GEOSAT Pro HDVR-3500 receiver has arrived at 3 PM.
I'm attaching photo to show you
on my table.
I'll let you know late tonight or tomorrow on how it goes with it.
Thank you!!!
And he'll have a spare.Once you swap out receivers you might want to open the old one and check for bad solder joints on the board, especially at the power connector. That's what happened with mine and after touching up some solder joints it's still plugging away again after 5 years.
