Who's actually getting Voom at 129

Yes, that will clear the matrix... then hook it back up and see... before you do this you can swap it with the 811 If you have a seperator for your 942... do a switch check with the 811's coax connection, see what happens...

To summarize, the Dish 1000 and the Voom on 129W are not officially supported until Nov. 3, 2005.

Bull. It went officially live on Sept.27th, and I installed my first D1000 (for another member here) a week BEFORE that.

Just because you lost a round of CSR roulette doesn't mean a thing.

IN FACT, you're MUCH more likely to be correct if you do the OPPOSITE of whatever they say.

I got voom and chicago locals off of 129, some times it switches back to 61.5 though... infact im watching the NYC thing on monsters hd. off of 129

No change, I did all of the above, and rebooted again and still do not have 61.5 on the 942. Shouldn't they replace my 942?

Sounds like, when you contact dish in the automenu goto technical help first by all means bypass first line CSR...

to be honest, the main level tech people dont know anything either.. Ask to be transfered to advanced technical. They are the ones who actually know what theyre talking about. Working in a tech center, you see the kind of idiots they actually put on the phones there.
