I do believe your trolling.. your adding nothing constructive to the conversation so why post?

Looks to be a great season this year, the pre-season polls are way off base but who knows..the hype may just pay off.

Now back to football!

Don't mean to troll, but watching your two avatars post a conversation makes it look like Homer Simpson is shooting Homer Simpson! :D

The ACC, IMHO, is shaping up to be an interesting race: Miami, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, and Virginia Tech are the four favorites.

Miami should show a nice level of force after beating OSU, GT is changing alot so it will be interesting to see how Al Groh (failed UVA Coach) does with their defense... GT's offense has always been built around chop blocks and holdings that never get called which cost a few teams a few games last year. Its the only way GT can get their Option offense to work is to do it with chop blocks. UNC has issues with the NCAA this year and some sort of investigation but its hard to say how that will impact the teams thoughts this year but once they beat LSU, it will be a team to watch for sure. VATech has the entire offense coming back and then some this year, the Defense always gets reloaded good under Foster - so with that I don't see any problem with them beating Boise St LaborDay and advancing up to #3 and #2 by week3 in the polls. VT should be GT this year, UNC and Miami are all away games, i feel the Miami game will be hardest cause VT will be looking for payback on the UNC game from last year.

Sorry, I didn't make the comment of their being plenty of QBs that were not good in college that are 'outstanding in the NFL". I just wanted you list of plenty. Jimbo stated Brady stunk in college....yet he was Honorable mention Big Ten QB of the year both years he started. I would say he was pretty good.

My comments were based on WHY I think he was staying in college for 4 years. He ain't a NFL propect. And a guy that was the most sought after college QB in ALL of football not being close to being a propect..... For his sake, he will make an AMAZING improvement.

Sandra

Now, do you see how USELESS the statements are about being the best touted HS player really is ?

Btw, Ohio State also has a VERY good shot at getting the NEXT TOP HS QB as well.
Thats got to say SOMETHING for the program if the TOP QB's want to play HERE over Miami.

My INITIAL POST stated WHY he more than likely stated he was staying in college. ANY PLAYER coming into college as THE most recruited player in ALL of the US...he is using college as a stepping stone to the NFL. Period. They are not in college to get an education.

Let me ask you something....if you had the most sought after QB in ALL of high school....wouldn't you expect SOMETHING that resembles ALL that hype after 2 seaons?

I would after his Jr. year yes.

You've already declared Terrelle Pryor's NFL chances dead as a doornail, and you may be right. But you may be wrong. ;)

All we're saying is let's give him (hopefully) two more years with Ohio State before we decide for certain what he will or won't be in the NFL. This entire conversation is ridiculously premature.

Sandra

Of course we've been saying that all along, but someone out there wants to IGNORE that fact.

I don't believe you will be doing any laughing after that game... and I may be wrong on point spread but I do believe Miami is going to win that game.

There he goes again.. it's not all about him, he does have a team but he's all talk about what he can do for himself. I've never seen him as a leader, he might be able to hit some good targets with his arm but no leader.

THATS a HUGE problem that nobody understands (outside of us Buck fans). They play as a TEAM, no INDIVIDUAL will win anything.

As a leader, your judging him as a leader and say he's NOT, Have you actually been able to SEE the Buckeye games, or just guessing ?

He was definatly a Leader in his Biggest game to this point, last January in the ROSE Bowl.

Ahhh,
Finally caught back up ....
Where is everybody ???

I also see I didn't miss tooooo much, just more bashing of a guy that doesn't deserve any of it.
