Can Someone Check ATV on Galaxy 3?

It looks like ATV (Hong Kong) moved to Galaxy3 (95 deg.).
Its listed on Lyngsat; H-12050 MHz., but I am unsure of the SR. Global-CM.net has it as 20000.

I don't see it and I unfortunately don't have "Blind Scan".

As of 11:15am EST, I am getting a 67% signal and a black screen, which tells me it is encrypted.
