Can't delete VOD movies on my Dish Network Hopper 3

Can you take a couple of screenshots of the different screens and options you tried? You can DM them to me if you don't want to publish.

Same thing with either movie in the On Demand folder. Can't delete individually or together. Nothing works from previous suggestions of trying to delete these with a new downloaded movie.

I was going to recommend Info if the Recal didn't automatically delete it.
What happens if you do press play. If it starts or gives you an expired message, can you then stop and delete it then or just delete from the expired message.

These things are like trying to find the 4 leaf clover in the entire yard of stuff to try.

NO option to play the movies.

379 just came out. Check to see if it was pushed to you and if anything changed. There has been quite enough chat about this that someone who monitors this forum in Dish Tech would have had to report it at least.

379 was installed (not sure when). I agree, quite enough chat and unless one day the option is there to delete these 2 On Demand movies, I'm done.

Yes, with those 2 movies. Can't play, can't delete. Maybe by 8/7 they will delete as per a Dish Tech on July 6th.

I can't find it right now, but there is a tech that visits the site regularly. Maybe Scott Greczkowski could point you to him or him to here?

You mean Josh.M as I think he's with DISH Technical Operations and there is also brittanygarden who is the product manager for the Hoppers I believe?

Hipkat and tjboston5676 are techs and are extremely knowledgeable but remember something is missing so only the ones I mentioned could actually file a official bug report as they directly work with DISH.

I registered today to report the same issue. I downloaded several movies over the weekend when Dish had a free preview of paramount+ and showtime. I saved them in the On Demand Folder and each indicated I had several days to watch before expiration.

Today I went into the On Demand folder and attempted to watch a movie. They were all listed but when clicking on each, there was no option to watch. In fact, there were no options including no option to delete.

I called Dish Support and the rep took remote control but could not figure out how to deleted any of the movies in that folder. All...

If you have a model 40 remote and it is paired with your Hopper you can probably delete those items by pressing the blue button when you have the program title up.
