Dish 500 plus

Can I add a 622 receiver to port 2 of a Dish 500 plus antenna? I currently have a 322 from port 1 with one cable and a separator.

Yes!

You will need to use a DP Separator. Just run a cable from the dish to the receiver and run check switch.
