Had one of my 211s fail Monday. Called Dish and they sent out a replacement which arrived today (8/20). Twenty minutes later unit was connected, updates download and via Dish's online activation up and running. Very smooth and not a problem. I was very pleased with the process.

Nice to see things work they way they should
 
My 722 overheated Wednesday while I was at work (it was really humid inside and out due to tropical storm remnants) and the replacement arrived today. About 20 minutes after I arranged for the replacement, the old one cooled down enough to revive. The replacement was timely and painless, but it's going right back. I can't lose my recordings!

You'd better stick a fan by it or the "new" one will do the same thing.
