I am new to this forum, great stuff. I just had D TV installed? Actually they sent me card for my new D10 receiver and a KVH tracvision motorhome mounted dish. The install worked fine but now it just gets stuck trying to download a software update,that never gets downloaded. I have to wait a few hours, turn things on again and say no to the update evry 30 minutes. if i miss one it gets tangled up again. After many hours with DTV techs and supervisors nothing has worked and DTV is no longer helpful. Now they say they won't send anyone out to fix it but I also can't get from thbem a local store to drive to. I am on the road near Savannah GA. Any thoughts as to what is wrong?? Thanks
