Horse TV on 4DTV?

--Hi, all. Ever since I have subscribed to a programming package for my 4DTV receiver, I have never been able to receive "Horse TV". I have read several places that it is supposed to be a free DCII channel, but I have never been able to see anything other than a black screen that immediately pops up. Also, on my authorization status, it reads "FP", fixed program key, whatever that means. Does anyone know why I am not receiving this (supposed) free DCII channel? Thanks for your help.

Horse TV is no longer on 4dtv. They encrypted for a while and it was offered as a subscription channel. I think the channel has gone out business. Their website hasn't been updated in a year. The 4dtv channel it was broadcasting on now shows a black screen and no audio.

--Ok, thanks. I was always wondering if I had to mess with settings on my receiver to get that channel in. Thanks for your help.

It one point and time I saw color bars on that channel and it had a name of an uplink center on the screen with a tone.
