The one response I have to this is I am actually watching less YouTube these days due to the AI slop. I am discovering fewer new, original creators. This coming year may be the last year I pay for YT Premium if the trend continues.![]()

Reruns do not dominate Cable TV Channels?Why are you lumping broadcast in with cable? Those two areas are totally separate. It seems like broadcast kind of ebbs and flows with the seasons, but it hasn't gained back the few percentage points of a high it did have. Some of that could be viewer fatigue with the amount of reruns that dominate broadcast TV nowadays.
Game Shows and fake Reality Shows are in Prime Time for one reason, it is cheap to produce.Also, there seems to be a lack of creativity on network shows these days with many opting for game shows in primetime.

Just be patient. Streaming is becoming pretty cable-esque.
