I got voom installed but I cant get local channels.

I got voom installed but I cant get local channels. Does Voom give you a off air antenna. If so how does it look like cuz I didnt get one. Also whats the name of it. I keep calling Voom but they take a long time to answer so i hang up all the time.

P.S. I really need ABC for the NBA finals.

They give you an antenna, yes. It's small and goes often by the
dish. It takes a while for the locals to map--give it over night.
If you're not getting any locals, their may be no digital locals in
you area, or they may not be broadcasting digitally.

To find out, and to find out if you have the right antenna for them,
check out antennaweb.org. Put in your address, and it will show you
what is digital and what is in your area.

You may need to ask VOOM for a larger antenna.

I'm only missing ABC, which is not that far away, and I can't get their digital signal half the time. Regarding some other issues a Voom local installer called me, he had the service call, and was asking me if I lived near an airport (about 2-3 miles away) he thinks that may have something to do with some of the wacky problems I'm having. Hardware might need to be changed, and tweaked, in order to get a good picture.
