Yes I did do a factory reset. I'm using the current firmware is version 16 dated 12/06/2012. I'm using the alieditor_for_microHD. The changes I'm trying to make is to AllCode.abs. I want to rearrange the C/Ku list.

User data base changes (satellite, transponder and channel editing) are made to .udf files, not the .abs file.

1. Save User Data Base .udf file to USB
2. Edit .udf file with Ali Editor on a PC
3. Save the edited file as .udf file onto the USB
4. Load the .udf file from the USB to the microHD
5. Power cycle the microhd to set the new user data base file and clear the flash

Yesterday I made the satellite changes to the udf file and saved it to USB. Did an upload and dead again. Today I restored the MicroHD using the USB/TTL. Once I got into the receivers menu I deleted all sats. I just finished inputing the C/Ku sats and my work is done.
