No, not from the Internet police, probably from the FTC.
It can be up and claimed to be a mistake for a few days, but if it would continue for a while, then it is a bait & switch if Dish turns it off for Bronze & Silver on 7/7.
False advertising is illegal and there are rules about exceptions due to mistakes. A mistake in print can be remedied a few days later, as they are hard to correct. But if Dish makes a big pitch and entices people to come to their web page for more information, then they'd better get their web page correct ASAP. Before people start signing up for 18 month commitments based on false information.
