rtv on ses 2

when i scanned ses 2 sat @ 87w with my openbox s10, alot of affiliate stations scanned in on vertical tps. i got audio on one of these stations, but no video. are these affiliate stations viewable or not?

What is your Q on that transponder? Also, which transponder? Sounds like it's not enough. Likely needs to be above 70 (or so).
