Well still no updates from our ISP. But the site is zooming along nicely now.
As I said before I have a feeling the ultimate problem was at the data center.
It is my guess that while we are advertised as having NVME storage, that the storage really is external and not in the server itself. At my work all of our servers storage is external like this as well.
WIth that said... I am going to bed in a few. But I made zero changes to anything. So I am happy it is working... but I want it to work like this all the time.
