Very different, scheduling a Hopper/Joey install prior to the 15th is a tentative action. Completion of the install is dependant on whether the customer qualifies (on the 15th) for new service or an upgrade. Unlike selling equipment before the official roll out date, a retailer has really done nothing but reserve an install date pending promotional approval of that customer on the 15th.
Yes, but the sale isn't a sale until the unit ships. I don't think SS and DS were shipping ahead of time. That's why I see no difference whatsoever.
